You can enable customers or the public to submit new cases using a secure web form or by sending an email. Or, if you prefer, you can restrict access so that only your employees have the ability to create new cases.

  • Record all relevant information using an unlimited number of customizable fields and pick lists – including case types (complaint, audit, etc.) name of complainant, issue, product/service, etc.
  • Decision-tree forms ensure that the necessary information is captured each and every time
  • Where possible, forms are designed to auto-fill information, saving time and preventing errors
  • Every case received is automatically assigned a case record number
  • Integrate i-Sight with your other internal system to enable searches and auto-population of customer or product lists.
