This module enables citizens to submit problems and requests using a web form on your website or intranet. After a customer submits a request over the web they are provided with an automatic acknowledgement email that will contain the case number and a unique password that will enable them to login and access the status updates posted by your employees.
Internal employees working on the resolution are able to post “Action” items to the client, providing ongoing updates. To do this they simply create an action from within the case record and record it as a “Public” action type.
