Lights, Camera, Action: Leading Theatre Chain Implements i-Sight Case Management Software
Pacific Theatres and ArcLight Cinemas of Los Angeles, CA, implemented the i-Sight case management system and have gone live with the ArcLight Cinemas Hollywood pilot project. After the rollout is complete, i-Sight will enable the theatre companies to more effectively gather, respond and learn from customer feedback related to all aspects of their operations.

ArcLight Cinemas is using the web-based i-Sight solution to gather real-time feedback from theatre patrons regarding their experiences. Requests will then be forwarded automatically, for prompt resolution, to the appropriate staff member depending on the nature of the feedback or suggestion.
