Incident Reporting Software: Case Entry
Receive Reports Through Multiple Channels
i-Sight Incident Reporting Software is designed with flexibility in mind. Cases can be entered from any location, 24/7. Offering a range of case entry methods, including anonymous reporting, makes it easier for employees to report workplace incidents.
Web Based Incident Report Form
Every i-Sight customer is unique – that’s why we configure a unique intake form to precisely match your needs. You can quickly record the relevant and available information every time using the web based intake form.
- Record different fields based on the type of case
- Search for subjects, employees or other contacts to eliminate duplication and to view related cases
- Automatically populate contact information from other cases or another database
- Use multi-level pick-lists for consistent categorization & reporting
- Describe and categorize the allegations
- Assign the case manually or automatically using business rules
Integration with existing systems
Some organizations already have systems in place that capture incoming incidents. i-Sight can be integrated with almost any existing system, including hotlines, to ensure that incident reports are automatically passed through to i-Sight as case records.
Send emails to i-Sight
Email is another popular method for adding new incident reports. If your staff already emails new incidents to a particular email address, i-Sight enables you to continue that process. Emails are simply redirected to i-Sight where new case files are automatically generated and added to the queue awaiting your review.
Intake form on intranet
Collect new cases using a web form located on your company’s intranet. The form is fully customized to capture the information you need to start an investigation. Once the complainant fills out the form and clicks submit, a new case is automatically generated in i-Sight.
Public intake form on website
This option is similar to the one above; the only difference is that the web form is made available on your company’s website. This method is often used to collect anonymous tips.
