i-Sight makes sharing information easier and more secure than ever before. Case information is stored in a centralized location and can be accessed by multiple users at any given time. Investigators and managers can view up-to-date case information, regardless of whether they are out on the road or in the office.
Not every investigator needs access to every case file. To maintain confidentiality and privacy over sensitive incident investigations, i-Sight allows managers to pick and choose who has access to what.
Access if often determined by considerations such as location, department or job position. Depending on the investigation, access can even be restricted within the case file, so that particular investigators can only view tasks and information that relates to their role in the investigation.
Pictures, surveillance video, emails, documents and any other type of evidence can be attached directly to case files within i-Sight. Each attachment is automatically numbered and categorized (witness statement, interview video, etc.). Investigators can also describe the contents of the exhibit for easy reference within the case file.
i-Sight can be integrated into a number of different systems, including HR databases. Integration offers time saving benefits to investigators by reducing time consuming, redundant data entry tasks and making sure that employee information is constantly up-to-date.
