Quickly Find What You Need
Cases can be accessed either through one of the case file listings or via the “search” function. The i-Sight search engine provides sophisticated full-text search functionality, allowing searches to be conducted on all data contained anywhere within the case files, including attachments.
Searches do not have to be restricted to predefined fields. This enhances usability by permitting users to find information based on partial recollection of the information they are looking for. The search engine also supports broad searches using "fuzzy-text" search criteria.
