Persuasive Interview Techniques

Of the three elements in the interview process - questioning, detecting deception and persuasion - the last proves to be the most challenging and problematic. Utilizing videos and transcripts of successful persuasive interviews, this course will examine which communication dynamics must occur to influence the behaviour of another person; and how those dynamics are incorporated into the interview process.

Finding Hidden Assets: Privacy, Liability & Success

Finding and recovering the money is an important part of all fraud investigations. Privacy regulations and increased liability have dramatically impacted this vital function. This course will explore the changes caused by these developments, providing a path to success through a field emerging challenges.
